Mold On Graphics® can be used with all types of plastic processes including Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Structural Foam Molding, Injection Molding, Sheet and Profile Extrusions and Rotational Molding. They are a popular way to permanently decorate your polyolefin products. Highly visible, multicolored and permanent subsurface graphic transfers embed directly into polyolefin resins after the molding process. The graphics are completely absorbed into the wall of your polyolefin product and protected by a layer of plastic.
Our permanent labeling technologies are impervious to attack by chemicals and solvents and exposure to extreme weather conditions. In fact, every product we make is put through exhaustive testing in QUV-accelerated weather testing machines.
Unlike other chemically applied rub-on ink transfers or traditional, pressure-sensitive labels, or mechanically bonded graphics, our Millennium Mold On Graphics® will last as long as your polyolefin product.
