Mold In Graphic Systems® and AgION™ Technologies Inc. joined together to create MicroFace 1™ with AgION™ antimicrobial. Proven antimicrobial technology in our patented delivery system. A cost-effective reason to address antimicrobials in the production of your polyolefin and polymer plastic products.
Use it on diaper changing stations, spine stabilization backboards, medical bins, waste bins and other products come in contact with germs and bacteria. MicroFace 1™ lets you place proven AgION™ antimicrobial compound on the surface.
MicroFace 1™ antimicrobial spray prevents the growth and migration of bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus. Using AgION™ technology, it prevents the growth of offensive odor-causing bacteria and suppresses the growth of bacteria that can cause material discoloration.
This aerosol-applied coating is compatible with all polyolefin materials. MicroFace 1™ antimicrobial can be applied either onto the mold surface via rotational molding or onto a finished polyolefin product for all other plastic processes.
