Save money and always know where your products are -- whether at the molding machine, being moved in the warehouse, or being transported and received at the shipping dock.

Mold In Graphic Systems® has two methods for applying permanent serialization graphics to your polyolefin products. Consecutive Serial Numbers, or Bar Code Technology can be implemented as a Mold In Graphic® or a Mold On Graphic®.

Consecutively numbered permanent graphics and bar codes, when scanned, allow your inventory to be easily identified and tracked. For example, large shipping pallets, I.B.C. totes, chemical drums and barrels, material handling containers, and hazardous storage tanks must be continuously tracked during the useful life of each container.

Mold In Graphics® and Mold On Graphics® can also be designed to receive changing information such as date of production, internal fluid volumes, and lot numbers. Manufacturing companies can integrate this information directly into the graphic transfers on site, making our labeling process very flexibile.

These permanent graphics can also help your company comply with the growing demand for ISO and other quality standard certifications.

Mold In Graphics® enable rotational molders to easily install this type of serialization directly into the mold surface at the loading station. Mold On Graphics® allow serial numbers to be applied, using a secondary heat source, to any polyolefin product any time after the product has been molded.

Both types of permanent graphics are resistant to attack from severe environmental conditions, ultraviolet exposure, pressure washer cleaning and industrial chemicals or solvents.

Choose Mold In Graphic Systems®. Because all graphics                    are NOT created equal.
