Another focused moment on Sportfishing and thousands of people congregate to attend one of the world’s largest events that lends to the hottest gear, trends and innovation for fishermen and women around the world. This year’s ICAST (International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades), is being held in Orlando, Florida. Anything that you could ever imagine to take for a fishing trip is here. The clothing, the kayaks, the tackle, the poles, the coolers and much more.
Mold In Graphic Systems® took the bait and sent Clark Boyce, Assistant VP of Sales, to meet the ever expanding industry of sportfishing and to represent the high quality branding technology that successfully fits to so many scenarios of plastics products used there. Clark met with many MIGS® customers on the show floor to examine the progress from our branding in the kayak and cooler industry.
Clark said, “With the show opening at 9am, there were large crowds of people flooding into visit all the booths. This show has evidence of a lot of growth in this industry and for plastic goods proofing our branding technology. Almost 4 out of every 5 kayak companies are sporting the Mold In Graphics® technology. We’d love to see that become 5 out 5, so it’s an exciting time to get to meet new additions into this industry.”
Clark was able to meet up with a handful of companies that are current users of Mold In Graphics labeling. Jackson Kayaks, Native Watercraft, Malibu Kayaks, Ultraskiff, Engel Coolers and K2 Coolers to name a few of those showcasing their successful watercraft and coolers from 2017 to 2018’s additions.
Meeting up with new companies is a joy for the MIGS team to expand the awareness of our quality in branding technology. Making a connection at these shows to share our quality, is also about sharing a journey with others on an approach to achieving higher quality. MIGS always welcomes this opportunity to further deepen our quality relationships, but also help others gain new insight to quality processing, services and products within their own company culture.
The ICAST show has been a great opportunity to share about our quality and see new quality innovations in the making. If you are interested in our stories on constantly improving quality, visit here.
